Platform terms for academies in India
These terms are intended for academy operators using TWOOTL for learning, billing, and AI-assisted tools. They should be reviewed by your legal advisor before publication.
You must be authorised to act for your academy or organisation. Tenant admins are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and for maintaining secure access credentials.
The platform may be used to create courses, assessments, batches, quizzes, assignments, attendance, and learner records. You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Subscriptions, settlements, refunds, coupons, and payout flows are governed by the payment model of your plan. You are responsible for taxes, invoicing, and compliance with applicable Indian laws.
You retain ownership of your original content, subject to the permissions you grant TWOOTL to host, process, display, deliver, and back up that content for service operation.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, or abusive content. Do not attempt to interfere with platform security, payment systems, or other users’ data.
AI features are provided to assist content generation and productivity. Outputs may need review by a teacher, instructor, or admin before use with learners.
We may suspend access for security, legal, or abuse-related concerns. You may discontinue use at any time, subject to outstanding obligations and data retention requirements.
The platform is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by Indian law, TWOOTL is not responsible for losses caused by external payment outages, network failures, or misuse of the service.
These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and any applicable local regulations relevant to education, commerce, privacy, and digital services.
