How TWOOTL handles data
This policy is written for academies operating in India and is intended to be transparent, practical, and easy to understand. It is not a substitute for your own legal review.
We collect account details, tenant profile data, learner and instructor records, uploaded content, payment and payout information, support requests, and technical logs needed to run the LMS securely.
We use the data to provide learning management services, AI quiz generation, billing, settlements, notifications, support, security, and platform improvement.
We may share data only with trusted processors such as hosting, email, payment, and analytics providers that support the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Payment and payout details are used to process subscriptions, settlements, tax invoices, and reconciliation. Gateway providers may process sensitive payment information under their own security obligations.
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data.
Subject to applicable Indian law, users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data where feasible and lawful. Tenant admins are responsible for responding to learner requests that relate to their own academy records.
